In a major breakthrough for intelligence sharing, the American side also committed its security and law enforcement agencies to "joint and concerted efforts" aimed at dismantling the networks of 

1. Dawood Ibrahim’s “D-company,” 
2. the Lashkar-e-Taiba and 
3. the Jaish-e-Mohammed operating mainly from Pakistan. 

In return, India will help in cracking down on the 

1. Haqqani network in Afghanistan and Pakistan as well as 
2. al-Qaeda which are of interest to the US.
